Welcome to Tammyscudder.com, home of Drop the Red Cape and inPOWER Her™ resources. By accessing this site, services, or materials—including coaching, keynotes and workshops, retreats/circles, digital downloads, and badges/certificates—agreement to these Terms is confirmed.

• Who we are
  Tammyscudder.com provides personal and organizational development services under the Drop the Red Cape brand and integrates with the inPOWER Her app for daily practice and micro‑wins.

• Eligibility
  Services are intended for adults 18+. Parental consent is required for any minor participation in designated programs.

• No medical, legal, or therapeutic advice
  Coaching, keynotes, workshops, retreats, and all content are educational and developmental; they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.

• Accounts, communications, and double opt‑in
  Certain resources require providing a name and email. Double opt‑in may be used to confirm consent before delivering downloads, badges, or certificates. Unsubscribe is available at any time.

• Programs and coaching
  Program descriptions, schedules, and availability may change. Results vary by individual effort and context. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Preparation, practice, and participation remain the participant’s responsibility.

• Speaking, workshops, and organizational engagements
  Event dates, deliverables, fees, travel policies, room/AV requirements, recording permissions, and usage rights are defined in individual booking agreements. Event rescheduling/cancellation terms are governed by the booking agreement.

• Retreats and circles
  Space is limited and confirmed upon payment. Deposits are typically non‑refundable; remaining balances and cancellation windows (including transfer options) are defined on the retreat/circle page or registration agreement. Travel and lodging are the participant’s responsibility unless expressly stated.

• Digital downloads, badges, and certificates
  Permission Slip, guide PDFs, badges, and certificates are symbolic and motivational; access may require email confirmation. Digital items are licensed for personal use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

• Payments, refunds, and chargebacks
  Payments are processed by third‑party providers. Unless a specific program page states otherwise, coaching sessions are refundable only before scheduling; delivered sessions are non‑refundable. Missed or late‑canceled sessions follow the stated cancellation policy. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

• Intellectual property
  All site content, frameworks (including POWER: Purpose, Overcome, Wellness, Empowerment, Resilience), methods, PDFs, videos, and badges are protected. No reproduction or derivative use without written permission. Limited, revocable, non‑transferable license is granted for personal, non‑commercial use.

• User content and testimonials
  Submitted feedback or testimonials may be used for marketing with explicit written consent. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through public channels.

• Acceptable use
  No harassment, hate, or illegal activity. No attempts to interfere with site operations, security, or access controls. No scraping or unauthorized data collection.

• Third‑party links and the inPOWER Her™ app
  External links and app integrations are provided for convenience. No responsibility is assumed for third‑party content, policies, or availability. Third‑party terms and policies apply.

• Disclaimers
  Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, express or implied.

• Limitation of liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

• Indemnification
  Agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the site operator, affiliates, and contractors from claims arising out of misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

• Governing law and disputes
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Indiana unless a separate written agreement specifies arbitration or another venue.

• Changes to Terms
  Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
